Southport Learning Trust have launched the first session of Middle Leader Mastery Pastoral CPD sessions, hosted at Meols Cop High School. Staff from across Southport Learning Trust came together to engage in a focused and reflective session, aimed at strengthening leadership practice, developing strategic thinking and building a professional network of pastoral leaders. This is the first of 6 sessions and we look forward to continuing this important work throughout the year.
